He/HimI'm an actuary and partner at LCP, and my main areas of work are in Sport Analytics and in pensions. I'm also involved in a number of wider areas at LCP reflecting my interests and values.
I'm Head of Sport Analytics at LCP, involved in developing LCP's innovative soccer player recruitment platform, TransferLab, in partnership with leading soccer consultancy Analytics FC - as well as a number of other sports-related projects. These include LCP FixtureHub, an online platform for sporting organizations to help their member teams arrange friendly fixtures more efficiently and effectively. I work with our Covenant and Financial Analysis team in supporting soccer clubs and their owners and investors improve their financial sustainability and governance, and in transaction support.
Within LCP, I head up our Wellbeing Network, as part of our Diversity Equity & Inclusion group, committed to helping those who work at LCP lead healthier and happier lives in an environment that is accessible to all. My specific area of focus is currently age inclusion. I'm also chair of our Conflicts and Ethics Committee, helping everyone at LCP apply professional ethical standards to real-life situations.
As well as being an avid fan of both Tranmere Rovers and Liverpool soccer teams, I'm a keen cyclist and runner, and have competed for GB in the European and World age group duathlon championships.
