I oversee Innovation at LCP, guiding the firm’s exploration and adoption of emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven tools, to unlock new efficiency, productivity and client-engagement gains. Over the past 15 years I’ve been at the center of LCP’s technology transformation, contributing to (and often architecting) many of our award-winning, client-facing platforms.

My career began at LCP in 2001 as an actuarial graduate before progressing into investment consulting. That decade on the “front lines” of pensions and investments gave me deep domain insight that now shapes every line of code I write and every product decision I make. Combining that knowledge with full-stack development skills has enabled me to create systems that professionals actually want to use —  intuitive, detail-oriented and built for real-world decision-making.

Before taking on the Innovation role I led LCP’s web development team, driving a culture of rapid prototyping, continuous improvement and close collaboration with actuaries and consultants. Today, I’m focused on scaling that ethos across the firm: experimenting with generative-AI assistants, low-code automation and data-visualization advances to keep LCP, and our clients, ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.
