LCP Appoints Andy Houston to Lead Strategy and Transactions Practice for Its Energy Transition Consulting and Analytics Business, LCP Delta
Andy brings extensive knowledge and experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing across the energy sector, with more than 25 years of experience, including 18 years at AFRY Management Consulting. He led AFRY’s Global Strategy Service Line and, most recently, its GB energy market practice, primarily focused on transactions. Andy is a recognized leader in translating deep market insight into investment-grade due diligence.
At LCP Delta, Andy will head the Strategy and Transactions practice to help operators and investors make more informed decisions. LCP Delta leverages proprietary research, forecasts, and data to support commercial due diligence and strategic advisory work and has already supported billions of pounds in investment in the energy transition. Andy’s leadership will further LCP Delta’s mission to enable a better, faster transition by helping clients invest in and navigate the sector.
This appointment is part of LCP Delta’s recent leadership updates, following the appointment of Rajiv Gogna as Head of LCP Delta earlier this summer.
Rajiv Gogna, Head of LCP Delta, commented:
“Substantial capital is required to achieve a secure, decarbonized system, and this presents a significant opportunity for investors. However, making investment decisions in the energy transition space is becoming increasingly complex, as assets operate in highly interconnected systems that are subject to numerous policy and regulatory changes.
“LCP Delta is uniquely positioned to offer energy transition investment support across the value chain by combining commercial due diligence expertise with unparalleled research, data, and forecasts across the energy transition. I’m delighted to have Andy in place to lead the team. His experience will play a crucial role in advancing the team’s work and helping LCP Delta achieve its mission.”
Andy Houston added:
“LCP Delta has built a strong reputation in the market as independent, detail-oriented experts. I’m excited to join the team to help investors make better decisions that direct more capital into the energy transition and support the development of a more secure, affordable, and decarbonized system.”
