Andrew Conway
I have been working in sustainable energy consultancy, strategy and policy making since 2010. At LCP Delta, I lead projects across low carbon technologies, providing strategic advice and policy development.
Before LCP Delta, I spent four years at Ofgem working on strategic decarbonization projects as a senior manager, including: leading the internal strategy on heat decarbonization and local energy planning, helping to set up the Low Carbon Infrastructure strategic change program, setting up the Net Zero Advisory Group, co-authoring the Decarbonization Action Plan, and as a policy manager on the Access Significant Code Review.
Before Ofgem, I spent seven years as a sustainable energy consultant (at Mott MacDonald, Poyry and HIS CERA), working on policy, due diligence, research, and techno-economic analysis for clients in Europe, Asia, and Africa. I hold an MSc in Renewable Energy and a BSc in Physics.
