Mark Hadfield
I joined LCP Delta in January 2023 as a Senior Consultant, bringing over 20 years of experience with E.ON working on the identification, assessment and development of renewable solutions in the energy sector. The scope was broad and included leading field and lab trials of micro-CHP products, assessing the performance of solar PV technologies in varying climates and developing new propositions and routes to market for a number of novel technologies, in the UK and across Europe.
I am also a Scaled Agile Practitioner (SAFe) and used this project management approach more recently with GE Renewable, managing the development and deployment of HVDC (high-voltage direct current) software for a major hydroelectric scheme for the Canadian Government.
I am passionate about the energy transition and committed to using my experience and knowledge to support clients with their decarbonization and climate objectives.
