Dr Katja Grasic
Senior health economist
She/her
I am a health economist with a background in health policy research. My expertise lies in analysing large patient-level datasets to evaluate policies and outcomes within the NHS as well as internationally. I am involved in a variety of projects where I assist organizations in estimating current treatment inequalities, projecting the future burden of disease, and obtaining causal estimates of treatments on outcomes.
Prior to joining LCP, I completed my PhD in economics at the University of York. During my time there, I also worked as a research fellow at the Centre for Health Economics. My work primarily focused on measuring NHS productivity, evaluating the Best Practice Tariff, and conducting research on prospective payment policies.
