I originally joined LCP as a senior pensions administrator in 2007. I have over 20 years experience in the Pensions Industry, working across a wide variety of final salary schemes and dealing with all aspects of administration. In 2011 I left LCP to relocate to Australia, gaining valuable experience working as a defined benefit specialist for Australia’s largest superannuation fund.

Returning to the UK five years later, I did not hesitate in re-joining LCP as a Consultant and I am now a team leader within the Pensions Administration department based in the London office. My team currently provides administration services to 15 clients. I oversee the team’s client work and I am the administration lead for two DB schemes. I currently manage the client relationships with these clients and ensure the team delivers an excellent service.

I am an associate member of the Pensions Management Institute and part of the LCP qualifications team for the pensions administration department, assisting with the review of study materials and exam questions for the Award in Pensions Essentials, and a tutor and mentor for Advanced Diploma students.

LCP is expertly informed on pension fund administration, regulation, risk and investment options to support the future direction of the fund.
