TPR’s new administration strategy ‘will act as useful checklist for trustees’

Commenting on the updated Administration guidance today released by The Pensions Regulator, Justine Joy LCP Partner, said:
“LCP very much welcomes The Pensions Regulator’s revised administration guidance, which will help the drive towards high quality pensions administration as standard. The guidance will act as a useful checklist for trustees to work through and make sure they are getting the service both they and their members deserve.
“In particular we support the Regulator’s focus on the experience and qualifications of administrators, which we see as crucial to a positive experience for both members and trustees. Identifying those administrators which are accredited by PASA, and who support the professional development of their staff, will also help trustees who are considering changing administrators.”
