I’m a technically-minded senior consultant with experience in dealing directly with trustees, key employer representatives and scheme members on a daily basis.

I believe in improving administration standards for both members and trustees and I am proud to say that LCP has been a PASA Accredited Member since 2020, which evidences our high-quality standards, commitment to continuous improvement and the development and support of our people.

My experience is wide ranging and my main duties include:

• acting as a central source for information and support for pension administration related queries;
• managing teams in the delivery of day-to-day administration services to a portfolio of clients;
• and being the referral point for guidance on cases involving divorces, transfers and pensions tax.

As a member of LCP’s Pensions Admin Consultants and Pensions Tax Groups, I help clients with complex and precedent cases involving technical/legislative and tax related queries. My clients tell me that I give clear and easy to understand explanations on matters that can be quite complex, such as those involving Annual Allowance charges, benefits in excess of pensions allowances, along with written communications involving tax matters.
