Every DB pension scheme is on its own journey. For some, progress is steady; for others, the focus is on navigating new risks and shifting priorities. We invite you to complete our survey and share what’s shaping your direction, and how you’re prioritising the issues that matter most.
Now in its seventh year, this annual survey gathers insights from across the DB market. Your input will help us build a clear picture of current trends and highlight the key challenges facing schemes today. The findings will inform our upcoming UK DB pensions priorities report, offering practical guidance on addressing today’s issues while planning confidently for the future.
This year we’re asking views from endgame planning and climate risk to GMP equalisation, cyber risk, systemic risks and DEI.
