I help pension schemes navigate complex data challenges with a focus on ensuring benefit accuracy, robust governance, and readiness for strategic decision-making — whether that involves preparing for a buy-out, managing rectification, or implementing long-term improvements.

With over a decade of actuarial experience, I work closely with trustees, sponsors and administrators to develop pragmatic, well-controlled approaches to data and benefit analysis. I have supported schemes through GMP rectification and equalisation, data cleansing, benefit audits, and end-to-end process reviews, ensuring that each step is backed by clear rationale and strong technical governance.

Prior to joining LCP, I held a senior role managing a team of actuaries and analysts delivering high-impact modelling and data projects across the public sector. My background also includes extensive experience in system integration, technical oversight of pension modelling platforms, and championing the adoption of best practice frameworks — all of which inform my current work helping schemes prepare for insurer transactions and avoid operational surprises.

I am a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, bringing a strong focus on structured delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and building solid foundations for data-led decision-making.
