Joining LCP in 2022, I am an employer covenant specialist with more than nine years of experience of successfully guiding trustees, sponsors and investors through covenant challenges involving valuations, M&A, restructurings and end-game scenarios.

I co-lead LCP’s Insurer Financial Risk team, supporting trustees understand the covenant impact of a potential buy-in or buy-out transaction, including the protections provided by the insurance regulatory regime and individual insurer risks. Through this work I have supported the Bank of England’s Solvency UK reforms participating in a Subject Expert Group.

In 2017 I completed a six-month secondment to the Pensions Regulator as a Business Analyst where I provided covenant input on both live cases and policy. Through the secondment and regular ongoing interactions with TPR, I remain close to the continually evolving regulatory landscape for DB pensions and can advise on the latest developments, including Pension Scheme Act 2021 and TCFD.

I am a chartered accountant, qualifying with the ICAEW in 2013, and spent 12 years at a Big Four firm prior to joining LCP.
