As a Principal within the investment team, I design and deliver optimal investment solutions for institutional clients with portfolios ranging from tens of millions to multi‑billion‑pound in size. I advise pension schemes, charities, sovereign wealth funds and other institutions on strategy, manager selection, implementation and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

I play a leading role in our global institutional team, shaping strategic advice across regions and broadening our capabilities to serve a wider client base. I also work closely with our energy specialists at LCP Delta, bringing investment insight to the energy transition.

Alongside my client work, I lead a 15‑strong team, ensuring clear task ownership, efficient delivery and a supportive environment that develops people and drives high performance.
