LGBT Great aims to shine a light on LGBT+ representation and allies within the investment and savings industry and all chosen executives have displayed inspirational support to the allyship.

Andrew Fortescue is LCP’s Staff Partner and Head of Training & Development. In this role he aims to provide an environment where everyone can bring their true selves to work so that they can thrive and reach their full potential. Andrew is an active ally of LCP’s LGBT+ Network and in promoting all of LCP’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

David Millar is Head of Communications at LCP. David is one of LCP's 'partner champions' - senior leaders within LCP who actively support the work of the different diversity networks. As a partner champion for LCP's LGBT+ Network, David has tried to listen, learn, and amplify the voice of the network internally and externally. He also provides support for the different events and activities run by the network.

Daniel Jacobson, Founder and Co-Chair of LCP’s LGBT+ Network, commented:

“Andrew and David are long-standing staunch, visible and vocal allies for LCP’s LGBT+ Network.  I am thrilled that their hard work has been recognised by their being named in LGBT Great’s Global Top 100 Executive Allies for 2021. Allyship is vital in supporting LGBT+ people in the face of continued prejudice and oppression for many.  This initiative not only puts a spotlight on the efforts being made in the savings and investment industry overall, but also recognises the commitment of those people in encouraging, supporting and developing the people they work alongside.”
