With the potential of a new generation of gender pension inequality, our new report explores the current circumstances regarding the gender pension gap. We also provide recommendations for the government, employers and the pension industry on how to tackle the issue.
In particular, our analysis has found that the success in reducing gender gaps in state pensions could be undermined in future if inequalities between men and women in workplace DC pensions continue to rise.
