Sarah MacDonnell

My experience spans personal lines, London Market, reinsurers and captives, both in the UK and overseas. I also have a strong background in personal lines pricing.

My particular areas of interest are Periodical Payment Orders (PPOs), industrial disease liabilities and reserve uncertainty. I have written and presented widely on the subject of PPOs and have been a core member of the PPO working party since its inception in 2010. I also undertook the PPO market survey on behalf of the working party for a number of years.

Before joining LCP I worked for Towers Watson for 16 years and prior to that set up General Accident’s actuarial department in Hong Kong.
