LCP has appointed James Reeves as its new Chief Financial Officer

James brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience across the insurance, consultancy, and technology sectors.

Most recently, he served as CFO at BES Group, a leading provider of Testing, Inspection and Certification services. Over a three-year period, he played a pivotal role in significantly increasing both turnover and profit through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Prior to that, James held senior finance roles in insurance companies Liberty Specialty Markets and RSA Insurance, where he led large-scale finance transformations, M&A activity, and international expansion initiatives.

At LCP, James will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy and operations.
