LCP Health expands with senior appointments in real world evidence and health economics

LCP Health has appointed Professor Joseph (Joe) Kim as a Principal in its Real World Evidence (RWE) team and Dominic Muston as a Principal specialising in health economics and outcomes research, adding senior expertise across both key areas.
Joe brings more than 30 years of experience spanning industry and academia, with deep expertise in RWE and drug safety studies. He joins LCP from AstraZeneca, where he was Global Head of Safety Epidemiology and led a team of pharmacoepidemiologists delivering post-authorisation safety studies to support commitments to regulatory agencies worldwide, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), European Medicines Agency (EMA), Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA).
Alongside his role at LCP, Joe is an Honorary Professor in Pharmacoepidemiology at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, contributing to research and postgraduate teaching and helping to train the next generation of RWE scientists.
Dominic brings more than 20 years of industry experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), with expertise in economic modelling, evidence synthesis, statistics and market access. Before joining LCP, Dominic was Executive Director in Global Health Economics and Decision Sciences at Merck & Co. Before that, he was Global HEOR Lead for Ophthalmology at Bayer in the US.
