LCP’s Health Analytics practice has launched US Access Solutions, to be led by industry experts Kevin Patterson and Lee Ann Steadman, to support clients and drive growth in the market.
Both Lee Ann and Kevin join as US Access Solutions Leads and will deliver value-based, evidence-driven solutions through deep clinical insight and strategic consulting. They will build out LCP’s US-focused Market Access work, including pricing, reimbursement, patient services, and channel strategy, whilst bringing LCP’s existing HEOR and RWE expertise to the US market. The office will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
By forming true partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, the team will simplify the complex market dynamics and achieve excellence in outcomes for both patients and the healthcare system.
Kevin Patterson brings over three decades of leadership experience across pharmaceuticals and healthcare consulting. He was most recently the Vice President of Market Access and Strategic Initiatives at Indegene, where he led efforts to redefine value in healthcare by integrating clinical, economic, and access frameworks. Kevin is also a founding partner of Medical Marketing Economics (MME). He built and led the oncology division, overseeing more than 750 projects, many of which have focused on complex therapies, including those in oncology and immunology.
Lee Ann Steadman brings a wealth of experience in US pharmaceutical commercialisation, with particular expertise in market access, distribution and trade strategy, patient services and business operations. She was most recently Senior Vice President at EVERSANA. At this independent global life sciences services provider, she led the Speciality Consulting team, responsible for developing strategies to optimise channel, trade, payer, and patient services market access for biopharma products and medical devices. Before this, she was a Partner at Protean, a US market access consulting firm.
These senior appointments come at a time of continued growth for the Health Analytics team, which has grown to over 60 consultants since 2020 and continues to deliver innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical market with the aim of supporting health systems in shifting from importers of illness to exporters of health. The US team will work closely with UK-based colleagues to offer deep local market insight, broaden LCP’s service offering, and strengthen global support for strategic challenges across pricing, market access and HEOR.
Kevin Patterson said: “I’m thrilled to join LCP and contribute to its legacy of integrating advanced data and analytics into strategic consulting. LCP’s Health Analytics team is redefining how we understand and address complex healthcare challenges. I’m especially excited about the opportunity to bring this innovative, equity-driven approach to the US healthcare landscape, where real-world data and holistic value assessments can drive smarter decisions, improve outcomes, and promote health equity across diverse populations.”
Lee Ann Steadman said: “Throughout my career, I’ve been focused on making pharmaceutical products accessible to the patients who need them. I’m committed to bringing that same focus to LCP, working with clients to tackle complex challenges and deliver meaningful impact.”
Dr Jonathan Pearson-Stuttard, Head of LCP’s Health Analytics team, also commented: “Welcoming Kevin and Lee Ann to the team marks an important step forward in our mission to support better healthcare outcomes globally. Their deep knowledge of the US market, along with strong expertise in access strategy and commercialisation, complements our existing team’s expertise and will enable us to provide greater value to our clients.”
