Lydia Fearn joins LCP’s DC team, bringing over 20 years of industry experience
Pensions & benefits LCP news DC pensionsLydia Fearn, who was previously Head of Pensions Consulting at Capita, is joining LCP as a Principal. She will bring over 20 years of expertise in the sector when she returns to the firm that she spent several years at as a senior consultant at the beginning of her career.
Lydia previously created and headed up the DC teams at Redington and Barclays before joining Capita in 2020 and growing and leading the pensions consultancy. She has experience developing and improving client care programmes, making digital transformations to improve service delivery and creating new propositions for clients as the market has evolved.
Lydia has experience advising on the full spectrum of the DC world, from investment strategy design to provider selection and communications. She has advised the largest Master trusts and has a particular passion for making sure that ESG is successfully integrated into investment strategies.
Lydia will be joining LCP’s DC team which has over 50 people and is headed by Laura Myers It currently has over £30bn of DC assets under advice and works for clients such as Co-op, NatWest Group and Morrisons. She will be working on furthering LCP’s DC capabilities in advising Master Trusts.
