LCP has released its 2025 Impact Report, highlighting the actions the firm has taken across the year to play its part in building a healthier, fairer and more resilient society.
The report shares how the firm has been putting its purpose, to help shape a more positive future for clients, people and wider society, into action over the past year. This has included supporting communities and reducing environmental footprint, to driving change in the industries they work in.
Some of the highlights from the year include:
- Over £250,000 has been donated to charity by the LCP Foundation.
- The firm has reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 4.6%.
- In the firm’s latest employee engagement survey, the overall engagement score for 2024 was 87%, 7% above the professional services benchmark.
- LCP’s energy business LCP Delta grew to 126 people, expanding in the UK, Germany and France, helping clients build successful strategies for growth and accelerating the energy transition.
- Helping to achieve better retirement outcomes through several On Point whitepapers, which contained new ideas to help boost outcomes and reunite people with their money. These include the Guide to finding lost pensions and A new blueprint for the DC landscape.
- Continuing LCP’s mission to make pensions fairer, clearer, and more accessible. Latest figures show that over £800m in state pensions has now been repaid to thousands of women following Steve Webb’s discovery of errors in state pension payments spanning many years. LCP’s campaign for justice on this is likely to lead to total repayments of £1billion.
- Embracing AI to drive innovation and developing pioneering tools for clients. This year, the firm developed Transpose, an accessibility tool to convert content into videos and podcasts, and Medicines Nexus, an innovative prescription analytics tool delivering powerful market insights.
