Amber Patel

I’m a Consultant in LCP’s pensions actuarial team, specialising in post-transaction work and supporting schemes as they move from buy-in through to buy-out and wind-up.

In my day-to-day role, I help trustees navigate what can be a complex and operationally intensive phase of a scheme’s journey, by ensuring key issues are identified early and dealt with pragmatically so projects stay on track.

I also support LCP’s Professional Trustee Engagement Programme, working alongside the next generation of independent trustees to build strong working relationships.

I’m passionate about building solid foundations with trustees and advisers alike, and helping schemes to reach wind-up in a way that's well-managed, clear and controlled.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling whenever (and wherever!) I can, Pilates classes and reading.
