He/Him
Partner and Head of Pensions Data Services

LCP’s Pensions Data Services team helps schemes improve data quality and ensure the accuracy of member benefits. Our work supports schemes at every stage, whether a scheme is preparing for de-risking, in the middle of a live transaction, or planning to run on successfully.

The number of active projects has grown significantly as more schemes look to transact with insurers. I work closely with LCP’s market-leading Pension Risk Transfer and Post-Transaction teams to deliver pragmatic, insurer-ready data strategies that stand up to scrutiny and avoid surprises. My work covers GMP equalisation, rectification, benefit audits and broader data cleansing, all aimed at helping schemes move forward with clarity and confidence.

Benefit and data certainty are equally important for schemes that are not currently targeting an insurance transaction. Trustees and sponsors need confidence that benefits are being paid correctly. This supports good governance and keeps future options open, helping to avoid unexpected issues down the line.

I’ve worked in the pensions industry since 2010, starting out by advising trustees before specialising in data from 2017. I joined LCP in 2023 to help strengthen the firm’s focus on de-risking through data, and I now lead a growing team that combines technical expertise with practical delivery experience.

I am a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and hold the PRINCE2 Foundation qualification. I take pride in providing clear, practical advice and helping clients navigate complexity with confidence.
