David Grain

As Head of Agile and AI Delivery, I lead a multi-faceted role across LCP. Firstly, owning the delivery of generative AI products and services that improve processes, performance and accessibility for clients and colleagues alike. My primary areas of focus are adoption of modern technology through changing human behaviour. Secondly, I am Delivery Manager on our award winning InsurSight product, driving continuous improvement. quality and consistent new features for all our customers.

I joined the firm in 2023 with a background in Agile and traditional IT delivery, with a specific focus on human focused communications and change management. By blending my experience from multiple sectors, I help my colleagues and clients increase their velocity to track the benefits of change.
