Graham De'ath
He/HimI am an actuary with nearly 30 years’ experience in providing pensions consulting advice to schemes ranging in size from £20m to £15bn. I build strong and lasting relationships, with some spanning over 20 years.
I have particular experience of working with large schemes supported by expert in-house teams, advising as the scheme actuary on buy-in transactions and scheme wind ups, and working with schemes that are run on a sole trustee basis.
I have advised as scheme actuary on many de-risking transactions. I am a member of LCP’s specialist post-transaction team, with a proven track record in helping schemes to navigate the processes that follow a buy-in, including helping several schemes through to a successful wind-up.
What LCP clients say about me:
- "Importantly, Graham listens – this ensures that he is able to give us exactly what we need succinctly."
- "Graham doesn’t waste time and instead offers open conversations about what is achievable, whilst treading the right line between the company and the trustees."
We view Graham and the team at LCP as an extension of our in-house pensions team – they are personable, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
