Jessica Clayson
As a senior consultant within the DC & Financial Wellbeing team, I help advise my trustee and corporate clients on a range of topics, with the ultimate aim of ensuring good outcomes for members. My role includes providing advice and support on various topics, ranging from ongoing governance advice and broader oversight, contribution and pension scheme design, to auto-enrolment compliance matters.
I have worked in the pensions industry since 2011 and prior to joining LCP in December 2021, I worked in a variety of roles including with a third party administrator, a master trust provider and since 2017, in the pension consultancy sector. This experience and background of working with both pension scheme members and clients means I have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that are faced by both companies and trustees.
I’m currently studying for the PMI’s Diploma in Retirement Provision.
