Katie North-Walker

I joined LCP in 2021 after previous roles as an actuarial consultant and as part of an in-house pensions team. 

I am part of LCP's pension risk transfer team with a particular interest in member experience. I use my deep knowledge of insurers' member offerings to help trustees and sponsors choose the right insurer for their schemes. Once the insurer has been selected, I also support schemes in successfully and efficiently moving to buy out and wind up. 

The other 'hats' that I wear at LCP include running specialist selection exercises to support clients in appointing professional Trustees to their boards, and advising on practical ways to improve DEI and accessibility for pension schemes. 

I am an associate of the Pensions Management Institute and co-Chair of LCP's LGBTQ+ Committee.
