Mathew Witherwick
I am a Partner in LCP’s Pensions Management Consulting department.
I work closely with trustees and scheme sponsors on governance and major scheme change projects, helping clients strengthen their governance arrangements and deliver complex change with confidence.
I specialise in leading selection exercises for clients, supporting them to appoint professional trustees, administrators and other advisers as the right governance and operational partners for their schemes. A core part of my role is working across the provider market, building relationships and understanding current service offerings. This allows me to bring current market insight and best practice to every appointment process.
I also advise clients on the operational capability of insurers, to assist with journey planning and provision of future service.
I am a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and qualified PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner.
