Before joining LCP Health, I served as Principal of Specialty Consulting at EVERSANA, where I advised leading pharmaceutical and biotech organisations on trade relations, channel strategy, and distribution optimisation. My work centred on aligning commercial objectives with innovative access solutions to ensure therapies reach patients quickly and effectively.
