Rebecca Pilkington
I have worked in the pensions industry since 2006, joining LCP in 2008 as part of the pensions administration team, before moving to the specialist trustee secretarial and governance consulting team in 2016.
I have experience of providing professional secretariat support to a range of pension schemes including a large multi-employer arrangement. I really enjoy building strong relationships with my trustees and helping them to improve how they manage their schemes.
Using my previous experience as a pensions administrator, I support LCP’s Administrator Selection service, carrying out research into the third party market and regularly meeting with administrators. I also support LCP’s Insurer Admin Due Diligence service, which aims to help clients make a decision about their preferred insurer once their scheme moves to buy-out. By working closely with clients, we help them to find the right solution to meet their needs and objectives.
I qualified as an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute in April 2015.
