Our approach to AI
We believe that AI has an important role to play alongside humans, not instead of them, and that managed responsibly it can be a positive tool for all.

Advances in AI have, and will continue to have, a fundamental impact on the way professional services and technology are delivered
We believe that a human-centred, proactive approach is the best way to manage risks and create value for all our stakeholders.
We have a clear framework for developing and delivering AI ideas in a safe and ethical way. Our DO.AI process ensures that we move through the implementation stages (Discover, Optimise, Assess and Implement) in a managed and thoughtful way, to explore the art of the possible while actively considering and managing the opportunities and risks in each instance, ensuring a balance between innovation and accountability.
Through our industry leading proprietary technology and appropriate use of carefully selected tools, we aim to deliver greater value and insights to our clients, greater productivity tools to our people, and uncover insights that can support our wider communities and sectors.
AI provides an impressive ability to dig deeper into data at scale and speed and applying our expertise to this greater analytical power enables us to deliver our advice in new and more accessible ways, allowing our clients to focus their time on making better decisions and solving problems.
At our heart, though, we are a people business and expect that our clients will continue to value the human insight, industry experience and thought leadership we deliver.
