Chris Warwick
He/his/himI am a Consultant in the Networks team, with over 10 years' experience in consulting project management and delivery, including three years in the energy sector at LCP Delta.
I work closely with electricity and gas network operators to bring energy transition innovations from concept to practice. I specialise in leading projects with high technical risk and translating business needs into solution specifications.
I am interested in understanding the whole system impacts of changes in networks' operation and regulation, particularly in relation to demand-side flexibility. In this field I have developed many techno-economic models and cost benefit analyses, providing insights into future trends and the viability of different business models and ways of working.
Before joining LCP Delta I worked as a technology consultant for a product development agency. There I worked with over 50 businesses across multiple sectors to assess the feasibility of technical innovations in their product design, using research, numerical modelling and prototyping. This experience has provided me with a large playbook of approaches to gain traction on complex questions.
I have a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge and a Masters in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
