I joined LCP in 2018 and qualified as an actuary in 2020. I particularly enjoy advising pension schemes with complex benefits or unusual circumstances, such as overseas liabilities or non-standard underpins. By understanding the technical detail, I aim to deliver practical solutions for these schemes and their sponsors.
Outside of this, I am involved in LCP’s automation group, helping to implement LCP’s tools and processes for new clients and to roll out new tools for existing clients.
I am also a member of our Employee Share Plans team, advising companies on the accounting treatment of employee share plans under IFRS2.
