Dr Luisamanda Selle Arocha
She/HerI am an Associate Consultant at LCP Health, bringing clinical expertise to health economics, real-world evidence, and strategic advisory work. I specialise in systematic literature reviews for HTA submissions, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to generating clinical and economic evidence that supports policy and access decisions.
My work spans international healthcare strategy, stakeholder engagement, and evidence synthesis, including projects on healthcare equity, mortality modelling, and funding flow mapping. I combine my clinical insight with epidemiological and population health perspectives to guide complex research projects.
Before joining LCP, I gained extensive clinical and public health experience across Venezuela and Peru. I worked in primary care, emergency triage, and palliative care in Caracas, and served as a primary healthcare doctor in Peru’s Ministry of Health. In Lima, I contributed to occupational health and Covid-19 response in corporate environments, leading population health analyses and interventions. I have also taught public health, epidemiology, parasitology, and occupational health in both academic and professional settings.
I hold an MPhil in Population Health Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Central University of Venezuela.
