I work with businesses in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector, supporting clients to take the lead in decarbonisation through practical and profitable decisions. I focus on identifying key opportunities in heating and cooling decarbonisation and translating them into clear, actionable business strategies.

Over the past few years, I have managed projects ranging from analysing low-carbon opportunities across multiple countries, assessing the addressable market for various technologies, and advising on go-to-market strategies within the HVAC sector.

Before joining LCP Delta in 2021, I worked in heating, cooling, and building automation, providing strategic advice to a broad range of clients across Europe and North America.

My aim is to help businesses future-proof their operations by embracing and driving the energy transition.
