Bart Huby

I'm an actuary and partner at LCP, and my main areas of work are in Sport Analytics and football finance and governance. I'm also involved within LCP in a number of wider areas reflecting my interests and values.

I'm Head of the Sport Analytics and Advisory practice at LCP, involved in developing LCP's innovative football player recruitment platform, TransferLab, in partnership with leading football consultancy Analytics FC - as well as a number of other sport related projects. These include developing LCP's football finance and governance services, in particular our LCP Assist service aimed at supporting clubs in dealing with the new regulatory and licensing requirements being introduced in the English men's league pyramid under the supervision of the Independent Football Regulator. And LCP FixtureHub, an online platform for sporting organisations to help their member teams arrange friendly fixtures more efficiently and effectively. 

Within LCP, I am a lead in our Wellbeing Network, as part of our Diversity Equity & Inclusion group, committed to helping those who work at LCP lead healthier and happier lives in an environment that is accessible to all. My specific area of focus is currently age inclusion. I'm also chair of our Conflicts and Ethics Committee, helping everyone at LCP in applying professional ethical standards to real-life situations.

As well as being an avid fan of both Tranmere Rovers and Liverpool football teams, I'm a keen cyclist and runner, and have competed for GB in the European and World age group duathlon championships.
