My role is to support our clients and to ensure that their voices are heard throughout the business, guaranteeing that everyone we work with receives the best possible service at each and every interaction.

I help design, implement and maintain initiatives and processes at LCP Delta to capture, share, and celebrate the feedback we receive from our clients. My aim is to enable my colleagues to understand the needs of our clients and the issues they raise to ensure that we continuously improve how we work and deliver.

As a multi-cultural polyglot with a background in psychology and linguistics, I aim to make sure that everyone I work with understands and appreciates the various regions and markets we are active in, communicating in a way that respects our clients to deliver impeccable service.
